STATEWIDE – The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) announced new available incentive funding for local governments implementing an expedited review process (Fast Track) for more housing Coloradans can afford six months ahead of the statutory deadline. 

DENVER – This week, the Global Business Development division of the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) welcomed a delegation of business and economic development leaders from Japan. DENVER - Today, Governor Polis celebrated the Census Bureau vintage population estimates showing that Colorado’s population reached and exceeded 6 million for the first time ever, reaching 6,012,561 by July 1, 2025. Combined with upwards revisions for prior years, this represents a .92% year-over-year increase relative to the previously published estimates for July 1, 2024 (5,957,493).
