DENVER - Today, Governor Polis appointed Daniel M. St. John II to the 8th Judicial District Court. The appointment fills the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable Stephen J. Jouard and is effective immediately.
Mr. St. John is a Shareholder at Johnson Muffly & Dauster, PC, a position he has held since 2023. His practice consists of real estate, business, and civil matters. Previously, he was an Associate at Johnson Muffly & Dauster, PC (2017-2022); Attorney at Wick & Trautwein (2015-2017); and Law Clerk for Judge Stephen E. Howard (2013-2015). Mr. St. John earned his B.A. from the University of Southern California in 2008 and his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2013.
